Veterinary Clinic Manager
to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations
Manage the clinic’s P&L
Mentor, develop, and lead clinic team members to excel
Balance the needs of the clinical team with the goals of the organization
Collaborate with operations to scale processes and implement improvements
Own customer relations
Lead weekly team meetings and daily check‑ins
Create clinic schedules
Identify and implement efficiency improvements
Ensure team members complete daily checklists
Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff
Foster a sense of community within the team
You Have
4+ years’ experience managing professionals in the veterinary space (or equivalent experience)
Experience supervising front‑desk operations
Experience with compliance and safety policies
Strong organizational and leadership skills
CVPM designation is ideal but not required
We Offer
Competitive pay: $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience
