Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to neuro critically ill patients
Monitor neurological status, administer medications, and manage ventilators
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on condition management and recovery
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and medical standards
Skills Needed
