We are looking for a General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to the civilian military community at DOCS Dental, a modern private practice serving Army and Air Force bases domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will work closely with a collaborative team, enjoy full clinical autonomy, and benefit from an attractive compensation plan.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive preventive and restorative dental care to patients, including military families, veterans, federal employees, and contractors.
Manage patient treatment plans, provide clinical services such as fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions as needed.
Collaborate with in‑house specialists and support staff to coordinate treatment plans and maintain a high quality of patient care.

Competitive Sign‑On & Retention Bonus
Daily Guarantee or Percentage of Adjusted Production: $180,000‑$390,000 annually
Annual Continuing Education Allowance
Malpractice Coverage, License Reimbursement, and Relocation Assistance
Earn 28‑32% of Adjusted Production (based on experience)

Requirements
DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
Active Oklahoma Dental License
CPR/BLS Certification
Willingness to obtain a Real ID for base access
Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis, applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations
