Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive physical therapy programs for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments. The role requires strong clinical experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed history, systems review, and objective tests.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence‑based practice and patient goals.

Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities.

Document patient progress accurately in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements within our EMR, Prompt.

Provide patient education on injury prevention, home exercise, and self‑management strategies.

Participate in continuing education to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of practice.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license or Physical Therapist License Applicant (PTLA) status.

Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal and/or neurological rehabilitation.

Knowledge of Applied Functional Science (AFS) preferred.

Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development.

New Graduate applicants encouraged.
