in Springfield, MA.
Shift:
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay:
$71,000-$90,000

What You’ll Do
Create and oversee staff training protocols and procedures and make sure staff is training in IHCBS operations, clinical models, policies and procedures with BHN
Establish and maintain communication with DMH area office and staff
Provide consultation to Clinical Director and program staff
Responds to on-call
needs of program as needed
Ensure program adheres to regulations and requirements of DMH
Responds to client/staff/provider complaints and mediates as needed
Who You Are
Master’s level or above clinician
3+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
Minimum of five years post‑grad experience in behavioral health to youth and families
Experience in contract management, behavioral health system in MA
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Serve as a liaison with other BHN programs
