Job Requirements and Duties You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set an example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training: Orientation and training on the job.
Communication Skills: Give correct written instructions; verbal communication with customers and co‑workers.
Essential Functions / Skills
Accurately perform basic arithmetic (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing.
Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.
Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions
Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F+ in some areas.
Sudden temperature changes.
Fumes from food odors.
Exposure to cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Driving Specific Job Duties
Deliver product by car to customer door.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
Essential Skills
Navigation: read map, locate addresses within delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Physical Demands
Standing – most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking – short distances for short durations.
Surface‑related: ceramic tile, bricks, linoleum; work surfaces 36″–48″ high.
Sitting – paperwork usually completed at a desk.
Lifting – bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs; stacked up to 72″ high.
Carrying – large cans (about 3 lb 7 oz); pizza sauce up to 30 lb; trays of dough ≈12 lb per tray; push/pull dollies.
Climbing – occasional stairs or ladder for maintenance.
Hand tasks – frequent use of hands; forearm and wrist work; pizza peel manipulation; box assembly.
Machines/tools – use of calculators, phones, touch screens.
Additional Physical Requirements
Forward bending at waist for assembly station (≈30–45 s repeated).
Crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reaching above 72″ to control oven, change signs, lift objects.
