Benefits

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (dependent on experience).

Primary Duties

Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6‑12 staff members; provide hands‑on support to achieve outstanding results.

Ensure the hotel is always "Guest Ready" by maintaining high cleanliness standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.

Follow brand guidelines, meet operational deadlines, manage budgets, and control labor, occupancy, and P&L’s to facilitate successful hotel operations.

Network locally to promote the property; build relationships with competitors, organizations, and key clients; lead in‑house sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy.

Assist with housekeeping and daily laundry/public space duties as needed; cover shifts to maintain operational continuity.

Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met.

Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.

1+ years as a Hotel General Manager.

Proficient computer skills.

Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Proactive and aggressive problem‑solving mindset.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for extended periods.

Lift, push or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
