Perform complex administrative tasks and analyses to maintain organization, communication, and performance. Execute activities for teams or business groups. Ensure collaboration with teams or business groups in achievement of divisional goals or objectives. Experience and Qualifications

Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives Governance and Compliance skills including creating policies, evaluating compliance, conducting internal investigations, developing data governance, etc. Supporting, controlling, monitoring, and managing large, complex, geographically-dispersed IT infrastructure and applications to optimize IT service delivery Business Process Management skills such as business process modeling, process design and implementation, etc. Experience analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions Product Development skills including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc. Risk Assessment and Management skills evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessment, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc. Collaboration with cross-functional teams respectfully and cooperatively to achieve common goals Managing systems controls, developing recovery plans, diagnosing connectivity issues, and other network system management tasks Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action Discovering patterns in large data sets using tools such as Oracle Data Mining or Informatica Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and actions to improve performance Monitoring and managing operating systems (OS), staying current on patches, upgrades, and other OS elements Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC Forecasting, predicting, and monitoring financials with focus on ratios, equities, and debts Relationship Management skills managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc. Experience using password management software such as Duo, IAG NuID, and/or Ping Identity Project management skills managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful completion Recovering failed systems and/or servers, including recovery software, failover clusters, and replication Communication skills communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc. Business Insight skills advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc. Consistency of product’s performance, functional, and physical attributes with requirements, design, and operational data Security skills designing and evaluating security systems, identifying threats, securing computers, assessing vulnerability, etc. Risk identification using cybersecurity techniques and tools such as penetration testing, application security, and intelligence Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyze inputs, outputs, and processes Experience in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) Cloud technologies and cloud computing skills Presentation skills presenting information or ideas to an audience in an engaging, easy-to-understand way Performance measurement skills evaluating programs, vendors, and defining and measuring KPIs Documentation and database reporting using tools such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS for analysis and decision-making Operational Excellence skills improving and overseeing operations Statistical methods expertise: developing and testing hypotheses, experimental design, running linear and logistic regressions Database management skills using MySQL, Hadoop, MongoDB Identity and Access Management: managing roles, entitlements, privileges Version control experience managing changes to documents, code, programs, websites, etc. Tools
