Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

Ensure financial performance of the community by creating, managing, and abiding by the approved budget.

Maintain accounting compliance by overseeing community financial records, including rent receipts, petty cash, miscellaneous income and expenditures, and payroll.

Maintain HR compliance by overseeing personnel records of all employees, including proper documentation for new hires, training records, performance evaluations, timely merit increases, and performance management.

Provide all necessary reports to the Seattle office on time and in the proper format.

Implement and enforce all policies and procedures of the Operations Manual, Food Services Manual, Team Member Handbook, and State Licensing Regulations.

Lead in creating and maintaining highest standards of customer satisfaction in facilities, food service, activities, housekeeping, staff interactions, and resident care; ensure a minimum occupancy rate of 94%.

Monitor marketing processes and ensure minimum standards are met weekly.

Monitor marketing software with the Community Relations Director and Director of Sales to achieve budgeted occupancy goals.

Monitor and report competitor activities to management.

Maintain accountability for overall functionality of the community.

Interact regularly with residents and attend resident functions.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proficiency in computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, etc.

21 years of age with college degree (preferred).

3–5 years of management experience.
