We are conducting a search for a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer with deep expertise in CNC machining and a passion for process optimization and automation. This role offers the opportunity to work on high‑volume, high‑precision components for industries such as automotive, medical, and aerospace—driving improvements in cycle time, quality, and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, program, and optimize CNC milling and turning processes (GibbsCAM or similar).
Design and source fixtures, tooling, and custom equipment using 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
Lead first‑run prove‑outs, process capability studies, and cycle time reduction initiatives.
Interpret GD&T, CMM reports, and customer specifications for manufacturability.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement error‑proofing and process improvements.
Support automation initiatives including robotics, PLCs, and inspection systems.
Qualifications
8–10 years in CNC manufacturing engineering.
Strong CAD/CAM skills and hands‑on experience with CNC programming and optimization.
Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.
Experience with automation systems and statistical process control preferred.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
