Senior Network Architect

Requirement:
Active CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure or equivalent) or CCDE
As the
Principal Design Authority , you will own the end-to-end architecture, governance, and technical delivery of a mission‑critical, zero‑downtime Cisco environment. You are the final technical signatory for all network and security decisions across every Olympic venue and core environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the architecture of a full Cisco stack (SD-Access, DNA Center, ISE) with multi‑site experience.
Architect Zero‑Trust Security, ISE policy authority, TrustSec segmentation, and Firepower (FTD) perimeter security.
Deploy Cisco ThousandEyes for end‑to‑end visibility and observability.
Responsible for design; will own HLDs/LLDs, chair architecture review boards, and serve as the final L4/L5 escalation point.
Lead technical readiness, rehearsals, and command center operations to ensure 100% uptime during live global broadcasts.
Skills
15+ years of experience in large‑scale Cisco enterprise design.
Expert in Cisco technologies such as Mastery of SD-Access (SDA), Catalyst Center (DNA), ISE, Firepower (FDM), Umbrella, and ThousandEyes.
Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, and IS‑IS; experience with VXLAN/LISP control planes and Catalyst 9K platforms.
Proven experience designing mission‑critical Wi‑Fi 6/6E architectures for high‑density venue environments.
Familiarity with Python, Ansible, or Cisco APIs for automated fabric provisioning and configuration governance.
Experience leading high‑availability architecture for mission‑critical events.
