Manager, Endpoint Security Engineering Join KPMG US as a Manager, Lead Engineer I within our Digital Nexus Technology organization. You will lead initiatives to protect endpoint environments across the enterprise, ensuring a strong and compliant security posture.

Responsibilities

Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot endpoint protection solutions, including Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike, across servers, workstations, VDI, and mobile devices.

Administer and maintain core Microsoft security technologies (Entra, Intune, and Microsoft Defender Security Center).

Develop, document, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance.

Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations in PowerBI and Databricks to support security analysis and incident response.

Oversee administration of security platforms such as XSOAR and Wiz Cloud, including SSO configuration, role management, and system maintenance.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of recent experience deploying and administering endpoint security solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Expert-level experience with Windows and RedHat Linux operating systems, including security-focused hardening, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Deep practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and industry best practices (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001).

Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority security projects and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership skills with experience in task prioritization, delegation, resource planning, and team development; exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
