Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Stockton, CA. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage security services, lead and support a team of personnel, maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing operational procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines to meet overall objectives.

Qualifications

Management and Leadership skills, including team supervision, staff development, and performance evaluations

Operational expertise, including the ability to implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures effectively

Strong Administrative and Organizational skills to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

Client Relations capabilities with proficiency in communication and fostering positive customer relationships

Understanding of Security Services and technologies, including video surveillance, access control systems, and general security protocols

Problem‑Solving and Decision‑Making abilities to address on‑site challenges and operational needs

Proficiency in using software tools for reporting, communication, and operational management

Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the security industry, is a strong advantage

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred

Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, reliability, and customer service standards
