Project Manager – Electric Underground Cable Replacement Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee electric underground cable replacement projects that enhance the resilience and reliability of our power system. The role includes developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and overseeing both internal and external resources while ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide project oversight and manage activities of the design‑build team of electric underground cable replacement projects.

Lead coordination and performance monitoring across project teams.

Manage project plans, program budgets, schedule, resource planning, and portfolio risk mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with client stakeholders to align project priorities and resolve escalated issues.

Identify, monitor, and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.

Track and report on key metrics such as cost, schedule performance, and project readiness.

Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including program procedural documents and project‑specific documentation such as contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.

Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and mitigate wildfire risk.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings.

Ensure compliance with utility standards, regulatory mandates, and public safety requirements.

Qualifications

5 years of project management experience in the Electric utility sector required.

Progressive design‑build experience is strongly preferred.

Experience managing underground Electric utility projects with an alternative delivery method for price, schedule, and scope to be finalized.

Advanced knowledge of utility construction methods, permitting processes, and regulatory environments.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, business contacts, consultants, and employees at all levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency using portfolio reporting tools.

Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Pay Range:

$175,000 - $225,000 per year

Work Location:

Hybrid 3‑5 days in the field and office in Seattle, WA

Travel:

Up to 60% travel to project sites

Visa Sponsorship:

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.A. on a full‑time basis without sponsorship

Physical Requirements:

Ability to pass a pre‑authorized physical including a drug‑screening and background check
