Director of Business Development

to help drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen the company’s market presence. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and translating strategy into measurable results.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while owning new business initiatives and long‑term account development.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives

Identify new market opportunities, target accounts, and strategic partnerships

Collaborate with executive leadership to shape go‑to‑market plans and revenue priorities

Client & Partner Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders

Lead new business conversations from initial outreach through contract execution

Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective and existing accounts

Revenue & Performance

Own business development targets and contribute directly to revenue growth

Track pipeline activity, forecast opportunities, and report on performance

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support client success

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients

Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Requirements

6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership roles

Proven success driving new business and building long‑term client relationships

Experience working with senior‑level stakeholders and decision‑makers

Background in B2B environments strongly preferred
