Overview This position is within the Product Management division, which is accountable for the success of our software solutions by working cross‑functionally with teams that develop, market, sell and support them.

The Opportunity ConstructConnect is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to join our Atlanta office. In this role, you will maximize the value of our customer‑facing products by determining the relative cost and benefits of various initiatives, driving executive‑level decision making, instilling Voice of the Customer in the decision process, and ensuring successful product launches. At ConstructConnect, we embrace looking at old problems from a new perspective and are searching for a Senior Product Manager who wants to think differently about how the commercial construction industry does business. We want to remove wasted effort from our customers' daily work and accelerate their time to value. We use metrics to measure our performance and are seeking a Senior Product Manager who wants to help us move the industry forward with innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing Product Strategy & Vision

Execute and maintain product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives

Develop comprehensive product roadmaps (minimum 2–3 quarters ahead) with clear business justifications

Perform robust financial analysis to evaluate new product ideas and feature enhancements

Identify and prioritize market opportunities through competitive analysis and industry trends

Product Development & Execution

Embrace our agile product development process that uses continuous discovery habits and the Product Operating Model, as defined by SVPG

Lead design thinking exercises to explore and define solutions for identified product opportunities

Define product requirements at the 'epic level' and collaborate with Product Designers and Tech Leads

Establish, track, and measure success using well‑defined KPIs tied to business and customer outcomes

Customer & Market Focus

Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and regularly lead discovery sessions with customers

Focus on Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Organization, and product metrics to inform decision‑making

Help identify business opportunities to integrate with other software vendors

Serve as the go‑to expert on assigned products, fostering a deep understanding of capabilities and competitive positioning

Leadership & Influence

Communicate product vision, roadmap, and customer insights to leadership and stakeholders

Work cross‑functionally to manage dependencies and ensure seamless execution

Be a product evangelist both internally and externally

Leverage expertise in emerging technologies, particularly AI/ML, to enhance product capabilities

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

MBA degree from an accredited institution

Minimum 5 years' experience in product management or product analyst role

Experience working for a software‑as‑a‑service company

Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and growing software products Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management

General understanding of AI capabilities and terminology

Strong metrics and financial analysis skills

Superior decision‑making, analytical, and time management skills

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in or knowledge of the commercial construction industry

Experience with construction or estimating software

Experience leading cross‑functional teams

Product certification (e.g., CSPO, CPO)

Experience with product analytics tools

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.

Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.

Team members who live within commuting distance of our office location in Metro Atlanta, GA are expected to work in a hybrid capacity, with regular in‑office presence every Tuesday and Wednesday each week.

All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.

Team members typically collaborate in office 2‑3 days per week, with specific days determined by team needs and project milestones.
