What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for the GBS Product organization, including various benefit offerings
Ensure products remain competitive and deliver an effective end-to-end service experience from quoting through to claims
Understand and incorporate broker, client, customer, and beneficiary needs into product strategy and roadmap
Lead and mentor a team of 20-25 individuals in the design, development, and delivery of new products and features
Drive key business decisions regarding execution and rollout plans while managing the product budget
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree and 8-10 years of broad product experience
Strong relationship-building and team integration skills, with experience in change management in large organizations
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with an innovative mindset
Ability to drive results in uncertain and ambiguous environments
Established experience in mapping out client and customer journeys to improve service delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in a matrix organization
Proven ability to leverage marketplace knowledge for decision making and recommendations to senior leadership
Demonstrated experience in prioritizing investments based on stakeholder needs
