Overview As a Summer Financial Analyst in the Transaction Opinion practice, you will develop complex financial models, analyze financial statements, industry conditions, and investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held securities. You will also participate in firm marketing efforts and work closely with experienced professionals across a wide range of industries and complex transactions.

Basic Qualifications
B.A./B.S./B.B.A. candidate—Finance or Accounting major with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
Coursework in accounting and finance
Fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical abilities and financial and computer skills (Excel in particular)
Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
Develop complex financial models and analyze financial statements and industry conditions
Assist with acquisitions, divestitures, and valuation of publicly and privately held securities
Participate in marketing initiatives and client presentations
Collaborate with senior professionals across diverse industries and transaction types
Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $70,000.00‑$115,000.00. Actual salary at hire may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
