role at Meta. This role focuses on leading new product introduction (NPI) efforts for the Network Hardware teams, ensuring on‑time, on‑quality execution of NPI builds across AI compute, storage, and network hardware programs.

Base pay range $195,000.00/yr – $267,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

As the single‑threaded owner for Meta’s Network Supply Chain organization, apply hands‑on program management skills to drive overall schedule, build & testing readiness, factory readiness, material readiness, and risk management.

Provide technical leadership to all NPI PMs as they bring Network NPIs from concept to Mass Production exit, optimizing performance and enabling supply‑chain synergies across programs.

Act as primary liaison between Meta’s Network Supply Chain organization and all internal and external partners, owning program communication strategy and execution.

Constructively influence partners to simplify direction on programs and eliminate supply‑chain risk.

Drive multiple teams through high‑level risk management by leveraging synergies across all ISCE Network programs and ODMs.

Mitigate risks related to supply‑chain disruptions, manufacturing issues, and quality concerns by assessing circumstances and learning from historical data.

Drive supply‑chain decisions, influence strategic investments of limited resources, and offer clear context and narratives to impact NPI program direction and product cycles across the Infra organization.

Mobilize and create new teams to align with organizational needs and strategies, driving process improvements and innovations.

Own and drive program escalations across Meta internal and external teams and partners.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial/technical sourcing, engineering, operations, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth transitions between phases.

Support ISCE in building resilient, responsive supply chains that meet evolving partner needs.

Drive build readiness, including all supply‑chain deliverables and daily build‑issue debug cadence across Meta’s Supply Chain and external engineering and manufacturing partners.

Drive factory ramp readiness with internal and external engineering and manufacturing partners.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Expertise with general program‑management best practices in multi‑organizational, multi‑national technical environments; prior experience as an engineer or manufacturing engineer (AI, compute, or networking hardware).

10+ years of experience in computer hardware and/or networking manufacturing, shop‑floor control, supply‑chain execution, manufacturing testing, and product lifecycle management tools.

Expertise with NPI product lifecycle and program management, including kickoff, stakeholder influence, strategy, workstream prioritization, cross‑functional execution, and establishing relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

Expertise in supply continuity and early supply‑chain risk identification and mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

M.S. in hardware engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Experience sourcing and managing global suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Experience with data‑center hardware architecture and deployment.

Strong ability to navigate ambiguity with initiative and proactive planning.

Knowledge of manufacturing‑specific roles and responsibilities across NPI phases (HW, SW, manufacturing, product, process, test & quality engineering, reliability, QA).

Knowledge of supply‑chain‑specific roles and responsibilities across NPI phases (procurement, planning, product lifecycle management, materials management, demand and supply planning, logistics).

Knowledge of manufacturing test processes & systems, including quality inspections, automated server, storage, and integrated rack testing.

Knowledge of PLM concepts including BOMs, ECO/MCO, deviations, part substitutions, effectivity date management, and quality management systems.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $195,000 to $267,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Learn more about benefits at Meta.
