CBRE Workplace Experience Analyst

About The Role As a CBRE Workplace Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of Workplace Experience programs. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world‑class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You’ll Do
Identify what materials are needed to execute programs effectively. This includes conducting gap evaluations, research, and benchmarking.
Collect and analyze data related to workplace experience, including visitor feedback, service usage, and operational efficiency.
Develop and track performance indicators related to customer service and workplace experience.
Assist in the development and execution of workplace experience programs designed to enhance client and visitor satisfaction.
Coordinate with IT to ensure relevant resources are available to achieve client goals.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Provide administrative and receptionist services to the organization.
Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Impact the quality of own work.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation ranges from $38.00 to $43.00 per hour. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
