About The Position As

Senior Sales Manager

in the

Sales

team, you will be involved in the commercial strategy for the U.S. business and will be the key partner to the General Manager in shaping, planning, and executing commercial direction across all channels: B2B, DTC, and emerging routes to market. You will lead the Go‑to‑Market (GTM) process, ensuring that all product launches, Retail Intro Dates (RID), demand forecasts, and channel strategies are fully aligned with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. The Senior Sales Manager translates top‑line revenue targets into actionable commercial plans and bottom‑up product, channel, regional, and account‑level forecasts.

Your Main Responsibilities

Develop and own the U.S. commercial strategy across B2B, DTC, and other channels.

Translate strategic priorities into actionable commercial plans for each channel.

Identify channel opportunities, risks, and strategic growth levers.

Partner with the GM to define revenue targets, channel mix, and commercial priorities.

Ensure all commercial decisions support brand direction, profitability, and channel harmony.

Align strategy with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Serve as co‑owner of the GTM process with Marketing.

Ensure launch readiness across functions.

Lead GTM alignment and embed commercial requirements into launch plans.

Provide clarity on commercial priorities, forecasts, and activation needs for each launch.

Translate top‑line revenue targets into bottom‑up product, channel, regional, and account forecasts.

Build demand plans for existing products and new product introductions.

Track forecast accuracy and provide updates, adjustments, and scenario planning.

Fully own and lead the B2B channel and oversee B2B sales representatives.

Develop annual channel strategies, account segmentation, pricing frameworks, and program structures.

Build account‑level plans and support reps in executing sales tactics and achieving revenue targets.

Lead quarterly business reviews with key accounts.

Provide coaching, structure, and direction to elevate B2B commercial performance.

Provide commercial direction, pricing guidance, and forecast alignment to the DTC team.

Support demand plan inputs, promo strategy, and performance assessment.

Lead pricing strategy across channels.

Maintain commercial dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and performance reports.

Provide transparency and reporting to the GM and functional leads.

Required

Strong forecasting, demand planning, and financial modeling capabilities.

Experience launching products and leading GTM processes.

Experience leading B2B sales teams or key account functions.

Strong cross‑functional leadership across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Preferred

Experience in outdoor, automotive, consumer goods, or similar industries.

Experience in omni‑channel environments (B2B + DTC).

Familiarity with ERP/CRM/forecasting tools.

Experience with RID‑driven launch cycles.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 base plus eligibility to participate in the Sales Incentive Program.
