About the Role We’re looking for a senior Sales Operations leader to partner with the SVP of Global Enterprise Security Sales, providing forward‑looking insights and driving continuous improvement across our global, cross‑functional teams. In this role you will enable and enhance our sales execution and productivity to support Akamai’s expanding portfolio of products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide business insight into the sale of an expanding portfolio of Akamai products.
Facilitate the development and deployment of sales targets and quotas by region and industry segment.
Manage the development of the go‑to‑market organizational structure and associated sales leadership to maximize sales productivity.
Foster continuous improvement by identifying and executing on cross‑functional opportunities.
Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Work with product and finance teams to translate business plans into executable sales productivity plans.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Extensive background in Sales Operations and as a business partner to sales organizations.
Passion for partnering closely with executive sales leadership.
Ability to drive organizational change by building scalable, repeatable processes.
Experience with Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce.
Demonstrated experience implementing best practices focused on delivering business results.
Collaborative leadership style with team‑management and communication skills.

Compensation For US‑based candidates only, the base salary ranges from $136,500‑$283,500 per year, with additional incentive compensation, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan available. Compensation for candidates outside the US may vary.
