Senior Director, Multi-Tenant Sales Job Summary The Sr Director, Multi‑Tenant Sales will coordinate activities of the Multi‑Tenant Sales Department, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive growth to meet budgeted sales goals across multiple regions. They will lead Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Supervisors, build and execute plans to grow Charter’s customer base, and provide financial modeling, reporting, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

Guide and develop Senior Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Supervisors in customer and sales strategies.

Develop sales plans to exceed customer growth and revenue projections, and communicate plans to field personnel.

Maintain an environment that motivates continuous improvement and supports Multi‑Tenant sales and strategy teams.

Drive the organization to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for Multi‑Tenant Sales.

Provide financial modeling and analysis with interdepartmental leaders to forecast monthly financials.

Accountable for Multi‑Tenant sales budget, revenue targets, and performance units.

Deliver weekly/monthly monitoring and reporting of initiatives to drive strategic performance improvement.

Evaluate and present findings to facilitate management understanding and drive results.

Ensure assigned Multi‑Tenant accounts receive professional account management yielding revenue growth and retention.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of direct sales strategies.

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.

Ability to supervise and motivate others.

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in personal computer and software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).

Strong ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.

Sales experience: 5+ years.

Management experience: 10+ years.

Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of cable television products and services.

MBA is preferred.

CATV experience: 3+ years.

Working Conditions

Office environment.

Travel as required.

Compensation Base pay range: $151,400.00 / year – $322,600.00 / year.
