Security Officer – Unarmed Patrol – CRE
Location: San Francisco, CA
Position Type: Part‑time
Pay Rate: $28.21 per hour
Schedule:
Fri 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Sat 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real‑estate location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and suspicious behavior.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as security breaches, facility hazards, or emergency situations.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and/or reports of daily activities, incidents, and patrols.
Follow all company and site‑specific protocols to support a secure and welcoming environment.
Minimum Requirements
At least one year of security‑related experience.
Access control and/or badge experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
CPR and/or first aid certification preferred.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High‑school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation subject to federal, state, and local laws.
Drug screen subject to law.
Licensing requirements per state/local regulations may apply.
A valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
