is actively seeking a sales‑driven, competitive, and success‑motivated Raleigh‑based
Area Director of Sales
for its new brand,
Calyx Senior Living . The role oversees census generation across our Triangle‑area assisted living communities in Durham, Fuquay‑Varina, North Raleigh, Apex, and future developments.
Responsibilities
Drive census by working on site with community teams.
Manage sales performance of teams across communities.
Ensure teams meet or exceed marketing standards (lead generation, calls, tours, events, presentations) to achieve census goals.
Hire and evaluate sales staff based on proven ability to generate leads, deposits, and census.
Train Community Marketing Directors to refine sales skills and habits for world‑class performance.
Oversee and review the sales and marketing quarterly planning process.
Analyze and report on community and market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of sales management experience in a multi‑site or area role within senior living or related industries.
Strong analytical skills to assess sales and market performance, with proficiency in CRM and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Proven track record of delivering results, accountability, and performance management against benchmarks.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Willingness to work in the communities 5 days a week.
