A growing and well-respected personal injury law firm in Providence is seeking an

experienced Intake Department Manager

to lead and oversee the firm's intake team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and train intake specialists to ensure exceptional client service and efficiency

Oversee daily operations of the intake department, including call handling, case screening, and client onboarding

Develop and implement processes to improve conversion rates and client experience

Monitor department metrics and report performance to firm leadership

Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and maintain quality control over all communications

Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth case handoffs

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a legal intake or case management role (personal injury preferred)

Prior supervisory or management experience required

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to motivate a team and maintain high performance standards

Proficiency with legal software and CRM/intake systems
