Senior Electrical Engineer – Nuclear Systems
JCW Group is partnering with a leading energy company developing next‑generation nuclear reactor technology. We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and commission experimental reactor systems, collaborating across disciplines to deliver safe, innovative, and high‑performance electrical solutions.
What You’ll Do
Lead electrical system design and integration for complex experimental reactor projects
Develop specifications, design packages, and interface documentation
Mentor junior engineers and support supplier deliverables
What We’re Looking For
B.S. in Electrical Engineering (advanced degree preferred) with 6+ years’ experience
Expertise in AC/DC systems, motor control centers, protection & coordination
Demonstrated experience applying IEEE standards in design, testing, and verification of electrical systems
Strong problem‑solving and collaborative skills
