Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Oversee the performance and development of the distribution network, onboarding and training new partners.
Recruit, train, and mentor regional sales managers, setting performance benchmarks and monitoring team results.
Manage sales operations including CRM systems, reporting, forecasting, and cross-department collaboration.
Optimize pricing strategies and sales processes to maximize profitability and market share.
Requirements
Proven success in a senior sales role with at least 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a leadership position.
Engineering background preferred; MBA is desirable but not required.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Analytical problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
