Auxo is hiring an
Outbound Lead
for a fast‑growing AI company focused on helping small and midsize businesses accelerate growth through modern acquisition systems. This is a high‑ownership role where you will build the outbound engine from scratch and play a direct role in shaping pipeline generation and revenue.
You will design the strategy, run the campaigns, and execute across channels while collaborating closely with sales. As the channel scales, this role can grow into team leadership or remain a high‑earning IC path.
What You Will Do
Own outbound across email, calling, and direct mail from list building to messaging to execution
Build targeted outbound campaigns that deliver qualified leads
Work closely with sales to optimize handoff, conversion, and pipeline quality
Analyze performance weekly and iterate quickly to improve results
Develop repeatable outbound playbooks that can support a larger team as the channel scales
Use AI tools to improve research, list building, and testing velocity
Who You Are
Experience running outbound programs and generating pipeline hands on
Strong understanding of outbound fundamentals including messaging, sequencing, and targeting
Analytical, resourceful, and comfortable testing, iterating, and refining campaigns
Able to operate in a high‑urgency, high‑accountability environment
Comfortable running experiments, measuring results, and improving performance independently
Excited about using AI tools to accelerate execution
Nice to Have
Experience in high growth startup environments
Background in sales development, growth, or outbound operations
Experience building outbound processes or early playbooks
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
