Corporate Director of Rooms & Guest Experience (Remote from Illinois) We are seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality leader to drive operational excellence across multiple properties. This role is pivotal in elevating guest experiences, ensuring consistent standards, and fostering a culture of service excellence. You will work closely with property leadership teams to implement best practices, optimize performance, and deliver memorable stays for every guest. Accountabilities

Lead and support the smooth and efficient operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Experience departments across all properties.

Collaborate with property leadership to strengthen operational performance and ensure service consistency.

Develop, implement, and maintain brand standards and systems for Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services, including PMS and guest feedback platforms.

Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Champion guest and colleague service excellence, resolving concerns professionally and efficiently.

Oversee Rooms Division financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, while supporting operational and capital planning.

Lead crisis management and business continuity efforts while fostering a culture of sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Analyze operational data and industry trends to continuously refine guest offerings and enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.

Prior experience as a Director of Rooms, Housekeeping, or Front Office in a luxury or lifestyle environment.

Proven track record of progressive career growth and exceptional performance in hospitality operations.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and Rooms Division management systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and travel extensively as required.
