What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute daily brokerage operations tasks such as account onboarding, updates, trade settlement support, and reconciliations
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot operational issues and propose workflow improvements
Ensure operational activities align with regulatory requirements through partnerships with compliance and support teams
Assist in building and documenting processes, controls, and standard operating procedures for improved scalability
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance efficiency while maintaining regulatory precision
What is Required (Qualifications):
Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses
3-5 years of experience in broker‑dealer or investment operations, including trade support and account servicing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows
Comfort in collaborating across functions and working closely with engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and issues
