This is a long-term opportunity for a Business Analyst who plays a critical role in bridging the gap between ITS and business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders.

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions using data-driven analysis and agile best practices. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, QA, and development teams to define requirements, support solution design, and ensure delivery of high-value, client-centric products within a SAFe Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Apply SAFe and Agile methodologies; support PI Planning, backlog management, and MVP delivery
Decompose epics into user stories and features with clear acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Model and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions
Support early-stage testing (MVPs) to ensure sprint and release objectives are met
Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and communicate effectively across teams
Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts; recommend mitigation strategies
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and approved by business users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field with 10+ years of experience (Master’s degree preferred)
SAFe® 6.0 Certification – Mandatory (SAFe Agilist, POPM, or equivalent)
Strong experience working in Agile/SAFe environments (ADO, VersionOne preferred)
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Experience supporting SDLC processes and enterprise applications
