Senior Consultant

Senior Operations Consultant We’re seeking a Senior Operations Consultant with hands‑on Epicor Kinetic experience to support client implementations and advisory engagements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong manufacturing or supply chain background who has transitioned into ERP consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead Epicor Kinetic discovery sessions and workshops

Advise clients on best practices across manufacturing, planning, and inventory

Configure and support Epicor modules including MRP, production planning, and scheduling

Partner with project managers and technical teams through implementations and go‑lives

Provide post‑go‑live optimization and support

Requirements

Epicor Kinetic consulting experience (2022+)

Prior operations / manufacturing background

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred)

APICS / CPIM certification (preferred)

Ability to work Eastern or Central time hours
