Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced GTM Revenue Strategy Senior Manager to drive the strategy and execute strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth across our global go-to-market organization. This role is a critical thought partner and program leader operating at the intersection of business strategy, GTM execution, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Revenue Strategy, you will play a key role in shaping GTM strategy, defining revenue programs, generating strategic insights, and orchestrating cross‑functional execution. You will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment, scalability, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute GTM revenue strategies to accelerate growth across key customer segments and GTM motions
Lead end‑to‑end orchestration of cross‑functional GTM Plays, including intake, prioritization, design, execution, and performance measurement
Conduct market and competitive research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and market dynamics, informing strategic decision‑making
Analyze GTM performance and generate data‑driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize programs, and improve sales effectiveness
Drive high‑impact revenue acceleration initiatives by solving complex business and data challenges in partnership with cross‑functional stakeholders
Manage an agile execution roadmap aligned to GTM strategic priorities, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy & Operations
Build strong strategic partnerships with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and IT
Stay current on market trends and competitive shifts to guide ongoing strategic adjustments
Monitor program performance and provide clear reporting, recommendations, and strategic guidance to senior leadership
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, or related field (required)
10+ years of experience in software/SaaS strategy, management consulting, revenue operations, or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on complex problem‑solving and strategic execution
Demonstrated success designing and executing GTM or Sales Plays, working directly with B2B sales and marketing organizations
Proven experience defining GTM strategies and enabling sales effectiveness
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Exceptional communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills, including experience presenting to senior executives
Advanced Excel proficiency and working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
A proactive, self‑starting mindset with a strong bias toward action—especially in fast‑paced, ambiguous, or resource‑constrained environments

Salary Transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $138,200 and $223,630. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
