Kennedys , a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked global law firm serving insurers and the London market, as an Insurance Coverage Attorney. This role is based in Fort Lauderdale or Miami, with a culture of daily global collaboration.
We are seeking motivated and dynamic attorneys to join our national and international insurance coverage practice. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of diverse coverage experience, a strong litigation background, experience analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation. Experience in third-party insurance coverage matters, insurance coverage litigation, and practical case management in federal court is preferred. Experience in taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, or arguing motions is helpful but not required.
Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in Florida; additional admissions in other states are a plus.

We offer competitive salary, annual performance-based raises, discretionary bonus, benefits, and a 1920-hour requirement. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered. The annualized salary range for this role is $130,000–$220,000, contingent upon experience and other factors permitted by law.
