REQUIRED

California Bar membership

2-10 years' experience as a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

Experience in EEOC, NLRB, and OSHA practice areas

Focus on Wage & Hour litigation

Class Action experience preferred

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Seniority level Mid-Senior level
