About Coinflow Coinflow is a next-generati on payments company headquartered in Chicago, pioneering the way money moves globally. We enable merchants and marketplaces to accept payment methods across 170+ countries with instant settlement, AI-driven fraud prevention, and blockchain-based proof-of-delivery.
Backed by leading investors—including Pantera Capital, CMT Digital, Coinbase Ventures, Jump Capital, and Reciprocal Ventures—Coinflow recently raised a $25M Series A to accelerate our mission to modernize cross-border payments. Since our seed round in 2024, we’ve achieved 23x revenue growth and scaled to a multi-billion-dollar annual transaction volume run rate!
About The Role We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who is both deeply technical and excited to engage with customers. You’ll work directly with merchants’ engineering teams to design integrations, guide them through successful go‑lives, and optimize their implementations to unlock maximum value. This role doesn’t require prior “customer‑facing” experience, but you must be eager to work alongside customers, communicate clearly, and enjoy solving problems in real time. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales during the deal cycle, with Product on shaping the roadmap from customer‑driven feedback, and with customers from first integration through long‑term optimization.
What You’ll Do Solution Design & Pre‑Sales
Partner with Sales to scope technical solutions for new deals
Build proof‑of‑concepts, demos, and code samples that showcase Coinflow’s capabilities
Advise customer engineering teams on integration tradeoffs and best practices
Customer Onboarding & Go‑Live
Own the technical onboarding process from contract to production launch
Work hands‑on with APIs, SDKs, and front‑end components to support customer teams
Ensure each go‑live is smooth, scalable, and optimized for long‑term success
Optimization & Growth
Analyze data to identify adoption and revenue opportunities
Guide customers to implement new features, payment methods, or workflow improvements
Collaborate with Sales to expand accounts through technically credible upsell conversations
Internal Collaboration & Enablement
Translate customer feedback into clear product insights for Engineering and Product teams
Build internal tools, documentation, and reusable assets that improve speed to launch
Help define scalable onboarding and solutioning processes as Coinflow grows
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years in a technical role (Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Developer, or similar)
Strong coding skills in TypeScript and React—comfortable debugging and building with customers
Solid understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data flows
Ability to write and run SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
Excellent communicator who enjoys engaging directly with customer developers and stakeholders
