TX LAC - Child and Family Associate Counselor

About the Role We are looking for passionate
Texas Licensed Associate Counselors
to join our clinical team. In this exciting role, you will deliver care to children and parents while receiving high‑quality supervision and support.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Deliver therapy to kids and caregivers (12+ hours/week)
Lead clinical intakes, track progress, and update treatment plans
Collaborate in supervision and team sessions
Co‑create engaging content for kids and families
Requirements
Licensed Associate Counselor
Passion and 2+ years of experience working with children and families
Great clinical skills and experience providing evidence‑based therapies
Afternoon (after 3:30 pm) or weekend availability to meet with kids & families 3‑5 days a week (conducting at least 13 sessions / week)
Optional: interest in more hours, availability during the day (9 am‑3 pm) for parent counseling (training provided)
Flexible, creative, and curious
Highly organized, self‑starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations (important in a startup environment)
Low ego, growth mindset, and a sense of humor

~$55/hr per clinical session (W2 employment at $35/hr includes weekly supervision, training, cancellations, and no‑shows are paid)
