We are seeking a dedicated RN for our Intensive Care Unit in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and adjust treatments accordingly.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Administer medications, perform procedures, and document patient progress accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
Educate patients and families regarding condition and care plans.
