The Position We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of FP&A (“FP&A Leader”) who embodies a blend of top‑tier financial, operational, and storytelling acumen to provide direction over the full range of financial reporting, analysis, strategic planning, and business partnership activities. Reporting to the SVP of FP&A, you will deliver insights to key business stakeholders to support investment, capital allocation, resourcing, and operational decisions, and act as a transformative champion of continuous improvement and robust financial stewardship throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Enable enterprise‑wide business visibility through robust analysis and presentations.

Partner with the SVP of FP&A on delivery of both Executive and Investor Reporting packages; utilizing business storytelling capabilities to drive insights to support investment, capital allocation, resourcing, and operational decisions.

Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.

Drive operational business excellence through collaborative partnering and decision support.

Act as a true Financial Business Partner with companies and subsidiaries across the Group, ensuring the promotion of efficient and precise financial analysis from project inception to completion.

Provide insights into decision‑making processes based on a detailed understanding of business operating dynamics and value creation levers.

Lead and oversee the professional development of the FP&A team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Lead strategic and financial planning.

Provide guidance to multi‑year strategic planning, working closely with department heads to establish enterprise goals, departmental strategies, and financial plans.

Ensure continuous adherence to annual planning and budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and metrics.

Oversee the development of accurate and insightful financial forecasts to guide decision‑making.

Build a best‑in‑class enterprise FP&A team, processes, and tools.

Drive the company’s FP&A strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Recruit, develop, and mentor a high‑performing FP&A team, providing opportunities for growth and skill‑building.

Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the FP&A team.

Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting systems to provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures and maintain a framework for risk management and control.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other quantitative/business field (MBA or equivalent work experience preferred).

Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Credit Banking, startups, FP&A function buildups, or Finance transformations is helpful; financial systems implementations and project management experience is a plus.

12+ years of progressive experience in finance and FP&A leadership roles. Prior demonstrated success as a true financial business partner within complex organizations with multiple entities and geographies is a must.

Demonstrated ability to lead a team toward high performance and operational excellence.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Excellent business storytelling ability.

Highly practical and capable of applying high‑level strategic financial thinking with ground‑level operational execution; understands the real‑world implications of theoretical analysis.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across the enterprise.
