The Senior Product Designer will contribute to the product design team and uphold standard processes in user experience design for our customers. You will build alignments around features and implement design thinking with a deep understanding of how to marry the needs of our business customers with digital experiences that deliver. The successful candidate will guide user experience designers.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and guide a small team of designers to ensure high-quality output, while also crafting and evolving design principles, guidelines, and patterns.
Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems with minimal oversight. Have vast knowledge of benchmarking and competitive analysis.
Work hand in hand with project and product managers to plan, build and implement with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with Development, Research, Product Management, Design and Accessibility to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and address cross-application design challenges.
Give high-level design strategy across the company with collaborators doing weekly presentations with leadership.
Provide feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns.
Strong consulting, partnership, and problem‑solving skills; identify and work within an ambiguous environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience Required:
4 plus years related working experience.
Preferred:
3 plus years Figma experience.
Strong communication skills.
Sophisticated user journey experience.
