Develop and Execute Product Strategy - Lead the development and execution of our stablecoin product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and customer needs. Cross-Functional Leadership - Collaborate closely with other product teams, engineering, design, marketing, legal, compliance and other teams to ensure seamless execution and high-impact delivery. Market Analysis - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and emerging trends in the crypto space. Innovation and Product Development - Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities and developing features that account for changes in customer behavior, from adoption of wallets, to agentic commerce. Performance Metrics - Set and analyze key performance indicators to ensure product success and iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights. Qualifications
8+ years of experience in platform product management. Deep experience in crypto, blockchain, stablecoins or wallets are a must. Ability to speak the language of many different stakeholders – move effortlessly from technical solutions to compliance and legal. Experience aligning a broad set of stakeholders via strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility in a matrixed environment. Degree in a technical field. Masters is a plus. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $236,000 to $319,000.
