Senior Director, Product Management – Illinois
The Senior Director, Product Management will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a high‑impact product portfolio within the cybersecurity space, focusing on AI‑enabled enterprise browser security. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of product managers to drive initiatives from ideation through launch, aligning with customer needs and company objectives.
Accountabilities
Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise browser security portfolio Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of product managers, setting goals and ensuring accountability for product outcomes Conduct deep customer and market analysis to identify pain points, competitive opportunities, and growth areas Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive successful product development, launches, and adoption Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data‑driven insights to optimize products and inform strategic decisions Represent the company externally at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives Requirements
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles managing product teams Expertise in cybersecurity, with a focus on browser security, AI security, or related technologies Proven success in leading SaaS enterprise product lines from strategy to execution Strong business acumen, financial modeling, and experience with go‑to‑market strategies Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and mentor high‑performing product teams Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long‑term product visions across multiple geographies Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision‑making skills Preferred: MBA or equivalent experience, experience with browser technologies, and knowledge of AI/ML applications in security Benefits
