SAIC is seeking an experienced
PACFLT
Military Operations Liaison
located on
Camp Smith
in Hawaii to provide program support of the
Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC)
program between the
United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J7
and the
United States Pacific Fleet (PACFLT)
to support the development of tactical and operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs that support PMTEC and assist in the development and execution of an All-Domain warfare environment across the USINDOPACOM Area of Operations.
Job Description
Monitor Strategic Operations, Activities, and Investments in support of the Geographic Combatant Command Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Campaign (PMTEC) Plan. Support the development of tactical and operational concepts, requirements, and architectural designs that support PMTEC.
Assist in the development and execution of an All-Domain warfare environment across the USINDOPACOM Area of Operations.
Identify opportunities where PACFLT investments can support the Joint Force, multi-domain operations, and integrate into USINDOPACOM Joint Exercises.
Contribute to the development of new concepts and investments to further link ranges and training areas across the Indo-Pacific.
Assist with planning and integration of Component level multi-domain capabilities, systems, equipment, and networks into Joint Exercises. Identify opportunities where USINDOPACOM J7 is able to advance Joint Training Readiness.
Coordinate with component level exercise planners and training coordinators across other Services components.
Develop briefings and assessments for senior level audiences and convey information in a clear and articulate manner to Government leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelors and ten (10)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Preferred experience in communicating program vision, goals and objectives.
Experience within the INDOPACOM Area of Operations and Joint Exercises.
Experience with US military operations at the tactical level; preference for Multi-domain operations; Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC), or Operational level experience is a bonus.
Preferred knowledge of military tactics and associated training requirements.
Proficient with SharePoint Online, Office 365, collaboration features, and document management. Live, Virtual, and Constructive experience is a bonus.
DoD (uniform, civilian or contractor) Background: Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Mid-level Warrant Officer or Mid-level Commissioned Officer experience preferred.
Required Clearances
Must have an Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
