Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store.
Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff.
Control expenses and shrinkage.
Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Minimum age 18.
Prior retail and/or management experience required.
Physical demands: more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
