Sares Regis Group (SRG) is a privately held real estate development and management firm focusing on commercial and multifamily properties in the western U.S. The company manages a portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 42,000 apartment units.
Position Regional Manager – San Diego (possible overlap in the Inland Empire)
Responsibilities • Oversee overall management, administration, operations, and financial performance of assigned multi‑family portfolio.
• Act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions, and relations.
• Support lease‑up activities and driven tenancy turnaround.
Qualifications
Must obtain a real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role.
Experience in multi‑family property management.
7–10 years of managerial experience.
Proven leadership skills.
Experience managing third‑party client relationships.
Strong financial background.
Ability to travel as needed.
Lease‑up experience preferred (but not required).
Certification or designation from an accredited organization preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $122 K – $152 K per year.
