What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex real‑estate problems
Perform comprehensive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to understand data structure, distributions, and anomalies
Co‑create the next generation of data‑driven insights for automated valuation and recommender systems
Identify and implement improvements to ML models that enhance customer‑facing experiences
Build data products and analytical tools that impact key company metrics and revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in data science, statistical modeling, and software engineering
Proficient in Python (Scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, NumPy, Pandas, XGBoost), SQL, A/B testing, statistical modeling, and data visualization
Experience developing large‑scale data applications using relational and non‑relational databases
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Recommender Systems
Familiarity with Spark, Apache Airflow, and AWS (S3, DynamoDB, Lambda, Kinesis, SageMaker)
Ability to take a data science project from inception to deployment
Passion for applying advanced analytical and ML techniques to solve business problems
Experience with Kafka, Java, Postgres, SQL, K8s, Jenkins, and Airflow in AWS
