What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Configure, maintain, and support SAP Concur Travel & Expense modules in alignment with business requirements
Manage integrations between SAP Concur and other enterprise systems, including ERP and HR platforms
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Travel & Expense platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
Prepare system documentation, user guides, and presentations for business users and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Concur configuration (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice preferred)
Extensive experience with Travel & Expense platforms and system integrations
Experience supporting enterprise applications, including corporate intranet platforms
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience integrating SAP Concur with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA or Oracle
Familiarity with SSO, APIs, file‑based integrations, and middleware tools
Knowledge of finance, accounting, and compliance requirements related to T&E
Prior experience working in a global or multi‑entity environment
