Correspondence Analyst – Clearance Required with Security Clearance

Responsibilities
Create an agile process to manage the ETMS2 task workload, tracking high‑visibility tasks and ensuring proper routing and completion.
Develop a Plan of Actions & Milestones for implementing the ETMS2 tracking process across the NAVSEA enterprise.
Assist NAVSEA activities with managing formal tasks to completion, understanding the chain of command and coordinating timely execution.
Support creation of key response artifacts by collecting and organizing documents to ensure completeness and consistency.
Help the Government identify and focus on high‑priority taskers, including Congressional inquiries and senior executive level taskers.
Create and use an executive dashboard that clearly shows task status across the NAVSEA enterprise, with filters by activity, due date, priority, and export capability.
Utilize the Jupiter platform and Flank Speed capabilities to the maximum.
Qualifications
3 years of experience.
Direct experience handling Department of the Navy correspondence.
Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Resourceful, initiative‑driven, and able to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with correct spelling and grammar.
Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and a team player with strong customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the Jupiter platform and dashboard capabilities.
Knowledge of Flank Speed capabilities.
Security Clearance Active Secret Clearance required.
Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000–$72,000.
