Responsibilities
Partner with key senior leaders to present land deals
Identify and secure acquisition opportunities through broker, builder, banker, landowner, engineer, planner, attorney, municipal official and in-house contacts
Drive the company’s growth by building and maintaining a robust pipeline of land
Prepare, interpret, and present financial and market analyses to support acquisition decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of land acquisition experience in progressively responsible positions (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in preparing and presenting financial and statistical market analyses
Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range $225,000 - $245,000 plus bonus potential and extensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision coverage, mortgage and home appliance discounts, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
